MEDIVOXX PROCESS

Here is how MediVoxx works:

• An analysis of common documentation phrases or sections is conducted and shortcuts are developed to save you dictation time.  When key words or phrases are used in dictation, the MediVoxx system will then insert agreed-upon wording.

• You dictate as you normally do into any digital recording equipment to create a digital voice file.

• A copy of the dictation is encrypted and transferred via the Internet to the MediVoxx Control Center - your original dictation never leaves your office!  (These first two steps are eliminated if our toll-free phone based service is utilized instead of a digital voice recorder.)

• Our speech recognition technology transcribes the digital voice file into a text document.

• A trained medical transcriptionist will further edit the text generated by MediVoxx as necessary while listening to your digital voice dictation.

• Our experienced Quality Assurance Analysts review and edit the transcription for completeness and accuracy.  All work is performed within the United States.

• MediVoxx customizes and formats all documents per your specifications.

• You receive electronic patient documentation via secure Internet connection (encrypted and password protected for privacy and HIPAA compliance) in less than 48 hours, ready for import into your electronic patient medical records system or printing.
